Fullerton airport is the only general aviation airport in the Orange County area. The airport is within Class D airspace, operates one runway aligned 06/24, with the dimensions of 3121ft x 75 ft. On this particular day, the winds favored to land runway 06. We planned to depart around 8:00-8:30 am but Fullerton was reporting clouds at 1,300 ft so we ate breakfast at French Valley, provided time for the marine layer to burn off, and departed around 9:30. Other than some haze from the local fires we had great visibility and a great flight.
